Payment & Delivery

The Triflow site uses the WorldPay corporate credit card payment processing gateway. We accept most major forms of Credit and Debit cards:

Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, MasterCard.

As part of the payment process, visitors that purchase our products will be asked to enter basic personal information which is then stored within the Triflow database. This information is not available for sale or use by any third party, beyond the essential requirement for credit card validation during the purchasing process.

Personal information is used for our billing and payment purposes, and notifying clients of future promotions and updates to our products and services. We have no email newsletter at this time and none will be sent without your permission.

Your payment is processed in 'real-time'. Your card details are not held on the Triflow website. Your card and account details are captured on WorldPay’s secure servers which are constantly upgraded to keep abreast of the latest payment security processes and anti-fraud developments.

Using sophisticated encryption techniques and fraud-prevention technologies, WorldPay offer the highest levels of credit card security. WorldPay payment processing service supports internationally recognised security checks including:

• Card Verification Value (CVV2) • Security Code Verification • Address Verification Service (AVS)


Delivery Information

We endeavour to deliver within 3 – 5 working days. Goods will be sent to the address stated in the Order Confirmation. All products are delivered by Royal Mail First Class post unless your order value exceeds £88 for United Kingdom and Ireland, for Channel Island  £75.00; in these instances your products will be sent by courier.
